At Ripon Family, we want your fashion experience to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Ripon Family account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
